When we set out in 2025, we carried not only technical drawings but also a friendship forged over the years and a shared answer to the question, "How can this be done better?" As Aytaç, Uğur, and Cebrail, we believe that engineering is not just about calculations, but a whole system that brings buildings to life.
So, why Trigen? The "tri" in our name represents the complementary expertise of our three partners. In electrical and mechanical projects, we build the arteries and nervous system of a building; going beyond the lines on paper, we design safe and efficient spaces where people can live peacefully. The "Gen" in our name is the DNA of our production vision. We don't just draw projects; we create the genetics of living and breathing buildings with next-generation technologies. What do we do?
Mechanical Design
In our mechanical installation projects, we manage approval processes that fully comply with legal regulations during the licensing phase, while providing detailed technical solutions that ensure error-free and efficient progress of on-site manufacturing during the implementation phase. We design all mechanical processes, from sanitary installations to fire systems, which determine the quality of life in a building, based on the principles of compliance with regulations and ease of implementation.
Electrical Project Design
In our electrical projects, we accelerate approval processes by developing projects that fully comply with all local regulations and standards during the licensing phase; and during the implementation phase, we prepare detailed projects that guide on-site workmanship, ensuring high energy efficiency and safety. We design all electrical infrastructure, from lighting to low-voltage systems, in a way that is compatible with the building's architectural design and ensures technically trouble-free operation.
Payment Certificates & As-built
By conducting quantity checks on completed on-site manufacturing, we manage transparent and error-free financial reporting processes in parallel with the progress of the project. At the end of the implementation, we incorporate all current revisions from the site into the project, delivering finalized "as-built" projects that will serve as an error-free guide during the operation and maintenance phases of the building.
Preparing Tender Documents
We prepare comprehensive documents that ensure the tender process proceeds completely and in accordance with regulations, by planning the scope of work, technical specifications, and estimated cost down to the finest detail. We meticulously organize all the necessary cost estimates and administrative documents for the healthy collection and comparison of bids, ensuring the project's budget and quality are maintained.
